RESERVED GROOMING ONLY

Exhibitors who have reserved grooming spaces will be allowed to drive into the building beginning at 8:00am on Wednesday, June 29, 2011. Your vehicle must be out of the building by 11:00am.
If you are planning to drive into the building, you must form a line along the north curb of westbound Reno until directed into the Plaza by an Event Official. You will not be allowed to form the line before 8:00am due to traffic consideration. This will be enforced by the Oklahoma City Police Department.
Once inside the building,you will be directed to your grooming area. Please unload as quickly and as safely as possible & remove your vehicle from the building. You will exit the building through the west exit onto Robinson.
NOTE***Event Officials may ask you to remove your vehicle from the building to allow more exhibitors into the building in the allotted time.
When your vehicle is in the building, keys must remain in the vehicle & the flashers must remain on. By entering the building in a vehicle, you grant permission to an Event Official to move your vehicle should the need arise. The number of vehicles allowed inside the building at one time will be determined by Event Officials & you may be directed to wait in line until there is adequate room for you to safely operate a vehicle inside the building. Please follow all directions given to you by Event Officials during the loading/unloading procedures.
All vehicles must be removed by 11:00am on Wednesday, June 29, 2011.
The building will be opened 30 minutes after Best in Show on Sunday, July 3, 2011 to allow vehicles to drive in & load equipment. The number of vehicles allowed in will be limited due to safety considerations. All vehicles must be removed from the building by 7:00pm on Sunday, July 3, 2011. All vehicles will be allowed to move out through the west doors on Sunday ONLY!
Anyone arriving after 11:00am on Wednesday, June 29th will need to dolly in.
If you are driving into the building, please have your proof of insurance available.
We ask that you be patient & we will try to make every effort to get you in & out as quickly as possible.
DO NOT leave your dogs outside and unattended without proper ventilation.
